| The SNM-WI diamond wire profiling machine is a completely self-operated machine used for cutting non-rectangular forms (such as arches, circles, tombstones etc..) in marble and granite blocks. |
| The machine is equipped with a PC-based CNC which operates the entire system and manages axes movements. The general management program includes fixed cycles and special executions. The input of data is very easy and the system allows the graphic simulation of the profile showing also the path of the tool. The starting point of the operations is from a block with automatic repositioning, and the resolution of the tangential connections is done automatically. An RS-232 connector and a printer plug are installed on board. |

| BRIDGE CUTTING MACHINE |
| The bridge cutting machine is used for reducing marble and granite slabs into strips and tiles. The motor is directly mounted on the spindle. The spindle unit moves vertically by means of an electric motor and reduction gear. The operating head is moved back and forwards along the bridge by a rack and pinion assembly driven by a reduction gear motor. It is installed on a slide that moves on the bridge on hard chrome-plated guides protected by suitable caters. The slide movement takes place on a perfectly protected oil bathed guides and its speed is electronically tuned. |
